1. About these terms

This website is operated by 276 Duke Street Limited Partnership, which carries on business as Accord Living ("Accord Living," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to your use of this website, including The Landings pages at accordliving.ca.

By using this site or joining our mailing list, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. The Landings is a proposed development

The Landings is a proposed development on Van Horne Avenue in Dryden, Ontario. It is at an early stage. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, lease, or reserve anything, and nothing here creates a contract or a right of any kind.

Specifically:

  • Everything described on this site is preliminary and may change without notice.
  • We make no promise that the development will proceed, or that it will proceed in the form described here.
  • The project is subject to municipal approvals, permits, financing, and other conditions outside our control.
  • Any images, photographs, renderings, or descriptions are illustrative only. The aerial photography on this site shows the existing site as it is today, not a completed development.
  • Details such as timing, design, layout, features, pricing, and availability are not final and are not commitments.

Please don't make any decision, financial or otherwise, in reliance on the information on this site. If and when there is something concrete to offer, it will be documented properly and separately.

3. Our mailing list

If you give us your email address, we'll use it to send you updates about The Landings and about Accord Living.

  • Joining is voluntary, and by joining you are giving us your express consent to send you these updates.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send, or by contacting us at info@accordliving.ca.
  • We won't sell or rent your email address.
  • Signing up doesn't put you on a waiting list, reserve anything for you, or give you any priority or entitlement.

4. Intellectual property

The Landings name and logo, the Accord Living name and logo, and the site's design, text, and photography are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to the site.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the site or its security, to submit false information, to submit someone else's email address without their permission, or to collect data from the site by automated means.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, and a link isn't an endorsement.

7. No warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it is complete, current, or accurate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of Ontario.
